If you’re visiting Buchanan for the Fried Pie Festival, welcome to town! We’re the Buchanan church of Christ, just up the road at 3301 Business Highway 27. We’d love for you to visit with us while you’re here — or any Sunday or Wednesday, whenever your travels bring you back through Haralson County.
We seek simply to be a local congregation of the one church you can read about in your Bible (Matt. 16:18; Rom. 16:16) — Christians only, nothing more and nothing less. No gimmicks, no fuss: just Scripture, worship, and a friendly welcome.
The 10th Annual Fried Pie Festival
Saturday, September 19, 2026 • 9 am – 4 pm
Historic Courthouse Square, 145 Van Wert St, downtown Buchanan
Hosted by the Haralson County Historical Society — more than 200 booths of arts, crafts, and food, a car & bike show, a quilt show, live music, children’s activities, and fried pies in every flavor under the sun. Our building is just up Business Highway 27 from the square.
